Production Supervisor - Kamps Pallets

The Supervisor of the on-site operation is responsible for ensuring the operation meets the predetermined production goals and quality standards in accordance with the customer standards. This shall include ensuring that the operation meets or exceeds all customer requirements regarding performance, quality, safety, and employee performance.
This position will report to the Site Manager. This position will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and ensuring employees are working in a safe manner and are complying to company policies.
Essential Job Functions
- Enforce Safety policies and procedures
- Perform and document monthly safety trainings
- Develop and motivate direct reports to meet production goals
- Train new hires to perform assigned task in a safe manner
- Work closely with the Site Manager on employee relations
- Manage and drive company policies and procedures including addressing performance issues
- Performing quality control audits
- Working hands on to drive production
- Coordinate with service providers and vendors to support customer needs.
- Maintain accurate, detailed reports of all production activity.
- Report equipment maintenance issues to the appropriate parties.
- Any task assigned
Requirements
- Detail oriented
- Operational Engagement
- Strong communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift 33-44 lbs.
- Bilingual a plus.
- Flexibility to work multiple shifts and extended hours as required to service customer needs and expectations.
- Experience with Computers, including Excel, Outlook, and cloud-based accounting software.
- Ability to multi-task.
Work Environment:
Loud noise, variable temperature and works around and with hazardous machinery.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
