Duties

- Recruit, train, and mentor hotel staff to deliver exceptional guest service and maintain operational excellence.
- Foster strong guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
- Collaborate with human resources to manage employee relations, performance evaluations, and staff development programs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations within the hotel premises.
