What you’ll do as a Field Electrician - Senior
Route cable / duct through conduit, above ceilings and between floors per job specifications
Read and comprehend technical schematics, operation manuals, maintenance instructions and procedures
Complete projects within budget, on time, and in a safe manner
Maintain the company’s high standards of quality and professionalism with regards to workmanship, customer relations, and team members
Submit all paperwork on time
Adhere to all required project specific as well as company safety requirements
Provides timely feedback to customers and management through prompt, accurate recording / communication of problem systems and status
Escalates unresolved requests using documented procedures, working with third-level technicians and / or 3rd party vendors to formulate an effective resolution action plan
Recognizes / analyzes recurring issues and recommends constructive improvements to prevent recurrence
Conducts field training and second-level problem evaluation using documented procedures
Cut and formed wires to fit into panel
Troubleshoot issues with electrical systems as and when required
Work comfortably in cramped and / or enclosed spaces for extended periods
Work standing, at shoulder height and overhead, for extended periods

What you’ll need
To be 18 years of age or older
Authorization to work in the United States for this company
You must have 3 years' work experience
You must have knowledge of NEC
You must have working knowledge of industry standards including BICSI, ANSI, EIA / TIA, and local and national electric code
You must have knowledge of reading blueprints - architectrual, mechanical, electrical - and wiring schematics
You are able to maintain s trong customer / client service orientation with effective communication and interpersonal skills
You are able to maintain a safe work environment
You are experienced with working in commerical environment on electricity
You are procifient with using hand tools and equipment
You may able to read and understand work orders, safety rules and operating instructions
You may have previous construction or utility construction experience
Remote work may be required; long driving and sitting will be required
Additional qualifications (if applicable)
Industry certifications are highly desirable
You are able to work in all weather conditions
You are able to work over-time; after hours; on weekends, for emergencies or on-call
You have a valid standard Driver's License or a Class A Commercial Driver's License with tanker endorsement
You have an MVR record that is deemed acceptable by the company
Physical abilities & exposures
Routinely : W ork in remote locations and in confined spaces with arms above shoulder level, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs and lift greater than 55 pounds close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus potentially near and / or far as needed.
Occasionally : Employees may be exposed to toxic or corrosive chemicals as well as moving machinery parts and pieces.
Salary Range $35.00 - $45.00 / hr (based on experience)
