Description of Duties
Executive Assistant to CBO
- Serve as the main point of contact for the CBO, managing communications, Outlook calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Provide administrative support, including expense reports, Concur invoices, and P-Card statement reconciliation.
- Organize board meetings including materials and logistics.
- Coordinate working lunches and small events as needed.
Legal / Real Estate
- Manage legal deadlines and agreements, including real estate, facilities use, housing, and ground leases.
- Maintain records for real property, process tax payments, and oversee compliance.
Legal / Commercial
- Review and update legal documents (waivers, releases, contracts) for ministries and events.
- Prepare responses to legal inquiries and manage participant waivers.
- Oversee records retention, company policy updates, and monthly legal billing.

Skills & Experience
- Prior executive assistant or similar experience, ideally within a nonprofit, ministry, or business.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of OnBoard, CircuiTree, and Concur is a plus.
- Familiarity with managing contracts, property records, and title transfers.
- Experience with reviewing and drafting agreements, waivers, and legal/regulatory documents.
