The Role
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee our accounting and finance organization. As a key member of our senior management team, you will play a crucial role in navigating and growing our company for continued success.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of accounting and finance operations, including daily management, financial reporting, federal/state tax reporting, compliance matters, budgeting/forecasting, and financial planning/analytics.
- Oversee day-to-day accounting activities, including cash management, sales orders, A/R, purchasing, inventory, A/P, financing, and general ledger management.
- Develop and implement best practices and tools to ensure a well-controlled yet flexible organization with strong fiscal management, project coordination, cross-team communications, and workflows.
- Monitor business performance, establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed management and ad hoc reports.
- Manage accounting personnel and coordinate with customer sales and purchasing staff.
- Oversee the company's financial/ERP system.
