Position Overview:
We’re seeking a highly experienced Snow Plow Operator who can handle all aspects of snow removal with skill and efficiency. This role is critical to maintaining safety and accessibility during snowstorms. You will operate snow plows and related equipment independently, providing the expertise needed to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced, weather-dependent environment.

Required Qualifications:
- Extensive Snow Plowing Experience: Minimum of 3 years operating snow plows and related equipment.
- Valid Driver’s License: Clean driving record required.
- Dependability: Must have reliable transportation and be available on-call during snowstorms.
- Self-Starter: Able to work independently with little supervision and produce high-quality results.
- Weather Preparedness: Comfortable working in challenging winter conditions, including snow, wind, and ice.
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle strenuous physical tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate snow plows, salt spreaders, and other equipment to clear snow and ice from driveways, roads, parking lots, and other designated areas.
- Ensure safety by spreading salt or de-icing materials as necessary.
- Provide exceptional results by maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
- Be on-call during snow events to maintain operations and respond to urgent snow removal needs.
- Complete necessary paperwork or reports for each job.
