What You’ll Do

- Work with businesses to design, optimize, and implement employee benefits programs
- Educate clients on health insurance, retirement plans, and compliance regulations
- Utilize company-provided leads to build strong relationships with HR teams and executives
- Present customized benefits solutions tailored to each business's needs
- Stay ahead of industry trends and policy changes to deliver strategic insights
- Participate in ongoing training and development to refine sales & consulting skills

Who We’re Looking For

✔ Driven, self-motivated individuals with a passion for financial & employee benefits consulting
✔ Sales experience preferred but not required – We provide comprehensive training
✔ Strong communication & relationship-building skills
✔ Ability to present and negotiate with business owners and HR teams
✔ Life & Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain)
