- Educate clients on health insurance, retirement plans, and compliance regulations
- Utilize company-provided leads to build strong relationships with HR teams and executives
- Present customized benefits solutions tailored to each business's needs
- Stay ahead of industry trends and policy changes to deliver strategic insights
- Participate in ongoing training and development to refine sales & consulting skills
Who We’re Looking For

✔ Sales experience preferred but not required – We provide comprehensive training
✔ Strong communication & relationship-building skills
