As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be at the forefront of this transformation, driving strategic sales initiatives into some of America's largest and most influential organizations. With multiple SKUs and a rapidly growing enterprise client list-including some of the most recognizable global brands-you will be pivotal in accelerating Kandji's expansion into the enterprise segment.This is a high-impact role within a newly formed strategic function based in our Miami performance-driven environment. You will partner with enterprise customers, helping them unlock the full potential of Kandji's platform and establish our position as the definitive leader in the Apple MDM space. Success in this role means consistently exceeding expectations, setting the standard for enterprise sales excellence, and driving Kandji's trajectory toward becoming the top MDM provider for Apple-first organizations.How you'll make a difference day to day : Own the sales process from initial engagement through contract negotiation, closing new enterprise accounts with ACVs ranging from $250K-$1M Build and manage a strategic sales pipeline using a disciplined and methodical approach to qualification and deal executionDeliver compelling, consultative presentations, demonstrating deep product knowledge and a solutions-driven sales approachNavigate complex enterprise sales cycles, engaging multiple stakeholders to drive urgency and secure executive buy-inExceed quarterly and annual revenue targets with a compensation structure designed to reward top performersEstablish yourself as a trusted advisor, leveraging industry insights and technical acumen to drive value for enterprise customersMinimum qualifications : Proven success in closing high-value enterprise SaaS deals ($250K-$1M ACV)5 years of experience in an enterprise sales role, preferably within IT or securityDisciplined sales methodology with a track record of consistently exceeding quotaSelf-motivated, high-energy approach, strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentA consultative mindset with exceptional listening, negotiation, and presentation skillsOpenness to coaching and a drive for continuous improvement, embracing feedback to refine your craftCreative problem-solving and deal strategy skills, with the ability to tailor your approach to different buying personasIf you're an ambitious, results-driven sales professional ready to make an impact at a high-growth company with a category-leading product, this is the opportunity to take your career to the next level.Let's build something great together.Benefits & Perks
