As a key player in our team, you’ll design and deliver engaging learning experiences, spearhead enablement programs, and drive meaningful outcomes. How You'll Make An Impact
- Develop and implement learning journeys, coaching programs, and sales enablement plans aligned with Kandji’s strategic objectives
- Create interactive, engaging workshops and lab sessions to foster hands-on learning
- Deliver high-impact training (in-person, virtual, or self-paced) tailored to the sales team's needs
- Partner with sales leaders and managers to identify skill gaps and design targeted enablement initiatives
- Build trust and productive relationships with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations
- Analyze and refine existing sales processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Implement and provide training on sales enablement tools, ensuring optimal adoption and utility
- Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and track progress
- Gather feedback through surveys and continuous coaching to improve program delivery
- 4 years of experience in sales enablement for medium to large organizations, preferably at a B2B SaaS company
- Expertise in designing learner-centric, adult training programs (asynchronous and live formats)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to turn goals into execution plans and achieve measurable outcomes
- Experience applying sales methodologies and delivering compelling presentations to stakeholders
- Prior experience in sales roles with proven success
- High emotional intelligence (EQ) and interpersonal skills for building rapport across diverse teams
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and sales enablement tools
