The Opportunity
We are looking for a Paid Media Manager who will be responsible for managing Kandji's paid advertising strategy, execution, and performance across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook / Meta, Reddit, and programmatic channels. This role is critical in ensuring we reach the right audience, drive qualified leads, and maximize ROI from our ad spend.
How you will make a difference day to day :
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid advertising strategies aligned with Kandji's marketing goals
- Manage budgets, forecast performance, and continuously optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPL, and lead quality
- Own the creation and testing of ad copy, creatives, and audience targeting across platforms
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve outcomes
- Collaborate with content, product marketing, and demand generation stakeholders to align campaigns with broader marketing initiatives
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging paid media opportunities
