The Opportunity
We are excited to be hiring an SEO Manager to drive organic growth, search visibility, and high-intent traffic through strategic search engine optimization. As a key member of the Growth & Experience team, you will own and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives to improve Kandji’s search rankings, content discoverability, and inbound pipeline efficiency.
Reporting directly to the Head of Growth & Experience, you will work closely with Product, Paid Search, Paid Social, Lifecycle, and Product Marketing to align SEO strategies with self-service revenue growth and demand generation efforts. We are looking for a data-driven, technically proficient SEO expert who thrives at the intersection of search visibility, content performance, and conversion optimization.

How you will make a difference day to day:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to drive organic traffic, improve keyword rankings, and enhance conversion rates.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis, identifying high-impact search opportunities for demand generation.
- Optimize on-page SEO elements, including metadata, headers, internal linking, and structured data, to enhance search performance.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Paid Search, Paid Social, and Lifecycle teams to align SEO efforts with broader growth and self-service monetization strategies.
- Own technical SEO, collaborating with developers to fix site structure issues, improve page speed, enhance crawlability, and resolve indexing challenges.
- Support content marketing efforts, ensuring blog posts, landing pages, and resources are optimized for search intent and high-intent conversions.
- Develop and execute link-building strategies to enhance domain authority and organic rankings.
- Monitor SEO performance metrics, leveraging Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Looker to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay ahead of search algorithm changes and industry trends, ensuring Kandji’s SEO strategy remains future-proof and AI-adaptive.
- Report on SEO insights and performance to leadership, providing clear recommendations for continuous optimization and growth.
- 5 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of improving search rankings and organic traffic in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong expertise in technical, on-page, and off-page SEO, including site structure optimization, internal linking, and schema markup.
- Experience with leading SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or Moz.
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze SEO performance, keyword trends, and content engagement metrics.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Paid Search, Paid Social, Lifecycle, and Content Marketing teams.
- Bias for impact, focusing on SEO initiatives that directly contribute to demand generation and self-service revenue growth.
- Required to work onsite in our Miami (Coral Gables) office 5x a week.
- Experience in international SEO, optimizing for multiple languages and regional search intent.
- Knowledge of AI-driven search trends, including how AI models impact search ranking strategies.
- Experience with programmatic SEO and user-generated content strategies.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot or Marketo for integrating SEO insights into lifecycle marketing efforts.
- Understanding of video SEO strategies, optimizing YouTube content and rich media for search discoverability.
