The Opportunity
As part of the Support Operations team, the Technical Content Specialist plays a critical role in the creation and maintenance of Kandji’s industry-leading Knowledge Base. This position is central to ensuring that both human users and automated systems have access to accurate, well-organized, and user-friendly information.
The Technical Content Specialist will focus on developing and refining Kandji’s Knowledge Base content, with an emphasis on making complex technical concepts accessible to diverse audiences. This role requires a combination of technical writing expertise, experience with Apple Device Management (MDM), and a strong understanding of writing for artificial intelligence. Collaboration with product managers, engineers, and support teams will be essential to ensure documentation meets evolving needs.
Required to work on-site in our Coral Gables office Monday - Friday.

How you'll make a difference day to day:
- Public Knowledge Base Development: Create, update, and optimize customer-facing Knowledge Base articles to ensure clarity, accuracy, and usability.
- Internal Knowledge Base Enhancement: Develop and maintain internal documentation to support the efficiency of the Support team and related tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product managers, engineers, and support staff—to gather insights and understand documentation requirements.
- Write clear, concise content that simplifies complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Apply SEO best practices to improve the discoverability and accessibility of Knowledge Base articles.
- Stay informed about real-world challenges by occasionally engaging in Support Engineering tasks to ensure documentation remains relevant and effective.
Minimum qualifications:
- Experienced in managing or administering Apple devices (e.g., macOS, iOS) within an MDM environment.
- Proven background in Support Engineering or Technical Support roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in technical writing, preferably within the technology or software industry.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and their application in technical documentation.
- Exceptional written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to quickly understand complex technical concepts and translate them into clear, concise content tailored for various audiences.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and documentation tools.
- Experience collaborating across teams to align documentation with product development and user needs.
