Production Worker/General Labor

Position Summary:

Must be able to interpret specifications and apply the proper procedures to paint line jobs in loading, pretreatment, coating, and unloading. Must maintain the quality requirements in a safe and efficient manner.

· Load parts onto a moving conveyor with the proper hooks, orient for ease of coating, within the allotted time while maintaining line density.

· Able to operate material handling equipment such as pallet trucks and hoists.

· Able to lift parts weighing up to 50 pounds.

· Perform preventive maintenance as instructed on the various equipment.

· Assist in the loading and unloading raw materials onto trucks.

· Perform visual and mechanical checks on coated parts, properly identify the parts and maintain records as instructed.

· Operate machinery and hand tools to assist in the production process.

· Assemble materials and equipment as required.

· Package completed parts.

· Maintain a clean and safe work area and adhere to the Plant Safety Program and safety protocols.

Physical Demands:

· For this position, it is required to be able to lift up to 50 pounds

· There can be repetitive use of hands required with simple grasping and pushing and pulling up to 50 pounds

· In addition, this position requires the following abilities: standing, walking, lifting, reaching above shoulders, bending, and twisting

Requirements:

· Ability to accurately read a tape measure – required

· Good eye/hand coordination and finger dexterity

· Ability to read and follow instructions

· Manufacturing experience

· Strong work ethic

· Communication and teamwork skills

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• 3rd shift 10:00pm-6:00am
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kane, PA 16735: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Manufacturing: 1 year (Required)
• Power Coating/Paint Line experience is a plus!
