• Comfortable working in a deadline-oriented environment
• Develop and execute a world-class reliability program across the operation
• Drive preventative and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and lifecycle
• Develop and implement long-term plans and short-term goals aligning with the organization's vision, mission, and values
• Contribute to delivering strategic and operational objectives by reducing facility costs, improving productivity, revenue generating capacity, and image
• Develop and drive clear business-driven metrics to track asset performance
