- As the Director of Engineering and Reliability, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our Engineering and Maintenance Departments, aligning with our company's strategic plan. This is a unique opportunity to lead in a technical capacity, focusing on process resolution and continuous improvement to enhance production, reduce costs, and achieve world-class reliability.
- This person must use a technical approach to lead all aspects of process resolution and continuous improvement toward the goals of improved production, production cost, and world-class reliability. Cost, usability, manageability, and maintainability must be kept in mind.
- We are seeking A Director of Engineering and Reliability who can demonstrate exceptional leadership skills. Your ability to apply situational leadership, servant leadership, and create a compelling department vision will be crucial in this role.
- Drive improvements in production performance, cost efficiency, and equipment uptime.
