Key Responsibilities:
· Create accurate, competitive proposals for remediation, civil, field service, and industrial projects, including scope, cost, and schedule.
· Prepare and submit construction reports, work plans, safety plans, and bid packages.
· Read and interpret construction and civil drawings, performing precise quantity take-offs.
· Calculate final quantities for earthwork, backfill, tank volumes, schedules, and more.
· Attend site walks and review technical bid documents.
· Understand contract language, financial impacts, and profit & loss margins.
· Manage relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers, including negotiating pricing.
· Support management in project turnovers, including participating in organizational calls and maintaining client relationships.
Skills & Qualifications:
· Solid experience in environmental cleanup, excavation, and construction activities.
· Knowledge of regulatory and safety compliance (OSHA, DOT, EPA).
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Microsoft Project.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Ability to build construction schedules and handle complex estimations.
· Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
