Kane Partners is searching for an Industrial Electrician for a Food Production company in the Greater Reading area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems within an industrial environment.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical issues, including malfunctions with motors, controls, electrical circuits, and related equipment.
- Follow all safety protocols and industry standards (OSHA, NEC, etc.) to maintain a secure and safe work environment for yourself and others.
- Assist in the installation and setup of new machinery or equipment.
- Ensure full compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements (such as OSHA and food safety regulations), and internal policies.
- Collaborate closely with the production team to support smooth machine operations, quickly troubleshoot, and resolve any issues that arise during production.
- Hold a valid Electrician License and maintain any necessary certifications.
Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or food production environment.
- Electrician License Required
- Strong knowledge of industrial equipment, machinery, and systems.
- Proficient in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems, including PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers).
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) is a plus.
Salary : $37 - $45
