Position Summary : We seek an experienced Industrial Maintenance Reliability Engineer to enhance mechanical reliability and optimize maintenance systems. This role focuses on the upkeep and repair of rotating industrial equipment, high-horsepower motors, and mechanical systems, ensuring safe and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in troubleshooting, project leadership, and a strong commitment to safety and performance. Key Responsibilities :
- Safety & Compliance : Ensure adherence to safety policies, conducting risk assessments and mitigating hazards for an incident-free work environment.
- Mechanical Reliability & Maintenance : Oversee repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance on critical mechanical systems, focusing on efficiency, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
- Project Management : Lead maintenance projects to improve equipment reliability, aligning with KPIs and financial targets.
- Team Leadership : Develop maintenance teams, provide technical guidance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Cost Optimization : Work closely with Purchasing to manage repair costs and source high-quality components efficiently.
- Continuous Improvement : Drive process enhancements through Lean Six Sigma principles and innovative maintenance strategies. Qualifications :
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience : 8 years in maintenance engineering within an industrial manufacturing environment, preferably with large rotating equipment.
- Skills : Strong expertise in mechanical reliability, troubleshooting, and maintenance strategies. Experience with high-horsepower motors, rotating machinery, and predictive maintenance. Lean Six Sigma experience is a plus.
- Attributes : Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Strong leadership and communication skills. Compensation & Benefits :
- 100,000 – $140,000 annually, based on experience.
