Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development – Guide and mentor a skilled maintenance team, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Safety & Compliance – Ensure adherence to all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Operational Efficiency – Drive uptime, cost efficiency, and long-term reliability of plant equipment and systems.
Budget & Resource Management – Oversee maintenance budgets, capital projects, and energy consumption strategies.
Continuous Improvement – Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance plant performance.
Metrics & Reporting – Track and report on key performance indicators, including project completion and energy usage.
Qualifications
Education – Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field preferred. Experience – 5 years in paper/pulp manufacturing, with 10 years in leadership or maintenance management.
Technical Expertise – Proven ability to manage maintenance operations, troubleshoot complex equipment issues, and implement process improvements.
Problem-Solving & Decision-Making – Strong analytical and organizational skills to drive efficiency and innovation.
