Production Manager - Industrial Manufacturing

What You'll Do:

· Lead all aspects of plant operations, including production, maintenance, and staffing

· Champion a culture of safety and compliance across departments

· Partner with leadership on strategy, planning, and execution of capital and process improvement projects

· Drive accountability on KPIs such as yield, cost, uptime, and quality

· Coach and develop front-line leaders and supervisors to foster long-term team success

· Optimize resource use including raw materials, energy, and labor to achieve budget goals

· Ensure consistent delivery of finished goods that meet customer and compliance standards

What You Bring:

· 10 years of manufacturing operations experience (pulp/paper or similar preferred)

· Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional production teams

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field

· Deep understanding of manufacturing cost drivers and process optimization

· Strong background in project planning and safety protocols (Lean/Six Sigma a plus)

· Excellent communicator with a hands-on leadership style

Location: Natchez, Mississippi

Salary Range: $130,000 – $140,000
