Key Responsibilities :
- Safety and Compliance : Enforce safety protocols and serve as a positive role model. Ensure all safety regulations and company policies are followed.
- Production Management : Supervise hourly production crews and manage daily operations to meet production targets. Oversee start-up, operation, and shutdown processes, ensuring optimal equipment performance and high product quality.
- Technical Support : Provide technical expertise to troubleshoot and enhance manufacturing processes. Work with maintenance teams to address operational issues and improve equipment functionality.
- Quality Control : Monitor production to ensure product quality meets standards. Address deviations from quality expectations and implement corrective measures as needed.
- Team Leadership : Lead and motivate the production team, setting clear expectations and offering ongoing training and development. Foster a positive work environment that values teamwork and diversity.
- Communication : Communicate critical and routine information to the next shift and management. Maintain detailed records of production activities and any issues encountered.
