What You’ll Do:
Lead investigations for near-miss incidents, property damage, and workplace injuries Conduct daily facility inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols Oversee fire system checks, forklift safety audits, and PPE adherence Develop and deliver monthly safety training for operations and maintenance teams Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain accurate safety records Implement and improve workplace safety initiatives, including hazard prevention strategies Work closely with leadership to enhance safety culture across all departments Oversee environmental compliance, including waste disposal and air quality monitoring
What We’re Looking For:
Education: Bachelor's degree in safety, environmental management, or related field (or equivalent experience) Experience: 1-3 years in a safety management role, preferably in manufacturing Knowledge: Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and workplace safety programs Skills: Excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to train and lead teams Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
