What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Executive position at Kane Partners LLC?
As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in expanding our presence by identifying and closing new independent and small chain restaurants, as well as opportunities within the hospitality industry. You will be responsible for generating new business within your assigned territory, spending the majority of your time in the field prospecting and acquiring new customers. This role does not involve managing customer accounts but is instead focused on new business development.
Your success in this position will be driven by your tenacity, goal-oriented mindset, and ability to leverage coaching and feedback.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct daily prospecting activities to identify and engage potential customers.
· Consistently meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
· Work independently and collaboratively to develop sales strategies that drive new business growth.
· Continuously expand your knowledge of our products and the industry through training and learning opportunities.
· Accurately record all leads, activities, and pipeline data in CRM for precise forecasting.
· Leverage sales collateral, presentations, pricing tools, contracts, CRM, and the Sales Playbook to close deals
Qualifications
· Open to receiving and applying feedback to improve performance.
· Demonstrates the drive to seek out and close new business.
· Ability to engage and build rapport with prospective clients.
· Focused on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
· Previous outside sales experience preferred, particularly in the foodservice or hospitality industry.
