Design and optimization of mechanical components for mechanical powertrain systems.
Design and detail Fabricated Weldments and machined components such as frames, brackets, shafts, etc.
Conduct analysis of systems, including Finite Element analysis for structural, fatigue, thermal, vibration, and acoustics.
Conduct analysis and specification of electro-mechanical and electro-hydraulic systems.
Develop manufacturing drawings in accordance with standards.
Interface with vendors for component selection, manufacturing, and assembly.
Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports.
REQUIREMENTS :
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
5 - 7 years’ mechanical design experience
Experience designing multi-axis continuous duty industrial equipment
Exposure to Robotics and Industrial Automation
Proficient in 3D CAD modeling and FE analysis
