Maintenance Technician
Seeking a full time Maintenance Technician to join Kane Realty, a Raleigh based company with significant growth potential. Technician will be part of a team responsible for the overall maintenance and all areas related to the day-to-day maintenance operations.
Essential Duties Include But Are Not Limited To
Maintenance Technician
Must have the ability to follow oral and written instructions.
Must be able to have a strong attention to detail and handle multi-tasking throughout the day.

Maintenance Technician
Seeking a full time Maintenance Technician to join Kane Realty, a Raleigh based company with significant growth potential. Technician will be part of a team responsible for the overall maintenance and all areas related to the day-to-day maintenance operations.
Essential Duties Include But Are Not Limited To
- Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry and painting
- Repairing and treating structures such as showers, sinks, appliances, doors/cabinets, walls and building exteriors
- Make ready units for new move-ins
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and be able to maintain, repair and replace HVAC systems
- Responsible for 24 hour emergency maintenance (pre-scheduled times)
- Must be available to work some weekends
- Perform preventative maintenance activities
- Complete grounds work such as: grounds pick up, sweeping and light landscaping
- Pool maintenance
- Coordinate special projects as directed maintenance supervisor or property manager
Maintenance Technician
Must have the ability to follow oral and written instructions.
Must be able to have a strong attention to detail and handle multi-tasking throughout the day.
Education/Qualification
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous maintenance experience in multi-family housing.
- HVAC Certification (CFC certification) & CPO
- Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to pass pre-employment criminal history & drug screen.
