Job Overview
We’re on the lookout for a creative, detail-oriented Social Media & Marketing Assistant to join our growing marketing team. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the variety of managing both social media and broader marketing support responsibilities.
In this position, you'll split your time between crafting engaging content and supporting behind-the-scenes operations. You'll help drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation across social media platforms while also assisting with campaign execution, store support, printed materials, and team coordination.
Social Media (50%)
- Manage and schedule content across all social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- Assist with content creation including copywriting, graphics, and short-form videos
- Monitor social media trends, engagement, and competitor activity
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster community engagement
- Support influencer partnerships and campaign launches
- Track performance and generate social media reports with insights and recommendations
- Create campaigns, catalogs and posts to promote our brand to a wider audience
Marketing Assistant & Store Support (50%)
- Collaborate with the Marketing Coordinator to provide support to all store locations
- Assist in executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and email marketing
- Print and organize tags, signage, and promotional materials for in-store use
- Help with the coordination of store resupply for printed materials
- Communicate with store managers to gather feedback, relay updates, and ensure alignment
- Prepare reports and presentations for the CEO and Senior Marketing Manager
- Stay on top of industry trends and competitor activity to bring fresh ideas to the team
