Job Summary
Kane's Furniture Retail Store Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales performance, leading the sales team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, mentoring staff to meet and exceed sales goals, and maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing sales floor. The Sales Manager collaborates with the General Manager to align sales operations with store objectives and fosters a positive, customer-focused atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Train, coach, and develop sales associates on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service.
- Monitor sales floor activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and a high standard of customer engagement.
- Analyze sales performance data and develop strategies to improve results.
- Assist in merchandising and maintaining an attractive sales floor layout.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and build strong client relationships.
- Stay informed on furniture trends and product offerings to guide customers effectively.
- Collaborate with the management team to align sales goals with store objectives.
