Kane's is seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Pinellas Park!

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the overall marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. You will be the point person for servicing the marketing needs of Kane's store locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assumes responsibility for ensuring the effective performance of TACTICAL POSITION functions.

Including : Files and archives all pertinent advertising materials. Facilitates all marketing and advertising for programs, events, and projects as directed. Performs all administrative tasks assigned relevant to all marketing. Compiles all reports, collateral, and communications as assigned.

  • Assumes responsibility for ensuring effective TECHNICAL / FUNCTIONAL tasks of the position.
  • Including : Orders all supplies, oversees and maintains inventory and reorders as necessary. Prints and distributes all appropriate advertising, promotional materials, correspondences and any other items as necessary.

  • Assumes responsibility for providing effective inter department functions of the job.
  • Including : Interacts with other department team members to plan, coordinate, and implement all job deliverables. Assist Kane's personnel as needed. Keep management well informed of area activities and of any significant problems.

  • Assume responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective communication and coordination with Company personnel and management.
  • Including : Assists and supports related departments as required. Keeps management informed of area activities and of any concerns. Completes reports, records, and other documentation as required.

  • Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned.
  • Including : Completes miscellaneous functions and special projects as assigned. Ensure that work area is clean, secure, and well maintained. Attend and participate in meetings as required. Stays informed of any changes in the field.

    Skills & Requirements

    Qualifications :

  • 2 -3 years experience in Marketing or a related field
  • Required Knowledge - Microsoft Office, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Understanding of Customer Service practices
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
