Provide technical support in areas of emulsion polymerization using advanced instrumentation such as FT-IR, DTA, DSC, TGA, GC, and UV spectroscopy.Evaluate new and modified recipes, assess the quality of raw and sub-raw materials, and identify opportunities for improving productivity and cost reduction through lab work. Nights and weekend duties that cover technical support on all plant production activitiesPrepare and manage technical documentation, including SOPs and reports, ensuring compliance with scientific standards.
