Climbing Arborist-Crew Leader-Salesman

KANESVILLE VALLEY IS EXPANDING AND HAS THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS AVAILABLE:

• Arborist / Salesman / Climber / Crew Leader - Requires 1 years experience as an Arborist, Bidding and Sales of Tree projects, leading a team through day-to-day operations with a positive and outgoing attitude. Pay $24 to $40 an hour depending on experience.

• Experienced Arborist / Climber with knowledge of proper maintenance, trimming and cutting of trees, equipment operation. Also will have knowledge of rigging, cabling, pruning, and felling. Pay $20 to $30 per hour depending on experience.

• Class A/B CDL truck Driver. This position requires working safely with job hazards including but not limited to equipment and vehicle operation, drop zone awareness and electrical hazards. Must be able to work in all types of terrain and regularly lift/ drag/ pull 50 lbs. and occasionally up to 100 Ibs. Pay $20 to $30 per hour depending on experience.

• Grounds Person, this is one of the most essential positions in tree removals, the grounds person would have a keen eye and take pride in leaving our customers properties looking better than when we arrived. This position requires working safely with job hazards including but not limited to equipment and vehicle operation, drop zone awareness and electrical hazards. Must be able to work in all types of terrain and regularly lift/ drag/ pull 50 lbs. and occasionally up to 100 Ibs. Pay Up to $25 per hour depending on experience. Key Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities for all Positions:

• Must be capable of passing a pre-employment drug test.

• Must have a valid Driver’s license.

• Hold or be willing to obtain: First Aid/CPR certification, Class B CDL and Electrical Hazards Awareness Program

Must communicate effectively with management, team members and clients. Candidates should be passionate & motivated to continue their knowledge & skillset. Knowledgeable of ANSI industry standards in climber safety and pruning.

• Typical work week is 40 hrs. 4 days a week 10 hrs. a day or 5 - 8 hours days. Overtime is 1.5 hourly rate. There will be emergency workdays that pay time and half or Holidays that pay double time.

• Highly competitive hourly compensation, paid biweekly with overtime pay for storm work or emergency tree removals.

Pay: $24.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Overtime
