We are hiring for multiple locations across Nampa, Caldwell, and Boise, and we're looking for experienced and enthusiastic childcare teachers who are committed to creating a positive and enriching experience for children.

Key Requirements:

• A genuine passion for children and their growth.
• A team player who values collaboration and mutual respect.
• Willingness to obtain a background check and childcare license.
• CPR/First Aid Certification (we will help you get certified if needed).
• A positive attitude and the ability to align with our Core Values: Respect, Integrity, Service to Others, and Every Voice.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in childcare or teaching (1 year preferred).
• Child Development Associate Certification (preferred).
• CPR/First Aid Certification.
• Familiarity with IdahoSTARS training hours.

Job Type: Full-Time & Part-Time positions available
Salary: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour (based on experience, education, and location)
Schedule: Flexible shifts with options for 8 or 10-hour days, Monday to Friday
Location: Nampa, Caldwell, Boise
