Salary: $40000.00 - $60000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
- Generating insurance quotes.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Be outstanding at relationship building.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
Requirements
Sales Experience: Previous sales experience preferred; insurance sales experience is a plus.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and interpersonal skills are essential.
Motivation: Highly motivated and results-driven mindset.
Teamwork: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Licensing Requirement: Must obtain P&C and L&H license within a given timeframe.
