As an Automotive Service Advisor at Kannas Automotive & Performance LLC, you will be the vital link between our customers and the technician team. Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide detailed explanations of services and repairs to customers, ensuring clarity and understanding.
- Keep customers informed with proactive updates on progress and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics and timely completion of services.
- Process invoices and payments.
- Order and manage inventory while maintaining accurate records.
- Experience with Mitchell 1 is preferred but not mandatory.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar role in the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of automotive services and repairs, including engines.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in automotive sales or service management is highly desirable.
- Prior knowledge in the aftermarket/performance industry is ideal but not required.
