KU Aerospace Engineering Department (KUAE) seeks an applicant pool of temporary pilots to fly the department's Cessna 172. The aircraft will be flown domestically either under the normal category airworthiness certificate or under a special airworthiness certificate in the experimental category. Flight activities will support multidisciplinary research conducted at the University.
Responsibilities
- 85% - Pilot and navigate the aircraft
- 15% - Prepare the aircraft for operation, including pre-and post-flight inspections
Position Requirements
May be required to travel out-of-state overnight
