WHAT YOU'LL DO

We are seeking a talented Senior Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of our declarative, metadata-driven, rapid application development platform that is part of our new Healthcare Workforce Solutions initiative. Our platform is designed for multi-tenanted, operational, database-centric applications and features a fully implemented architecture, not just a pattern or framework.

WHERE YOU'LL WORK

  • This position will work a hybrid schedule from our Leawood, KS office location preferred. Remote will be considered within the United States.

HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME

  • Develop and maintain the platform using Microsoft .NET 4.72 and C#.
  • Implement and manage schema in SQL Server.
  • Utilize the NetQuarry Platform for development tasks.
  • Edit developer metadata in the NetQuarry Studio.
  • Create and extend services and tasks using C#.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of the platform.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
  • WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field or relevant work experience.
  • 3 years of experience with Microsoft .NET 4 and C# (.NET 4.72 preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of SQL Server and schema management.
  • Familiarity with the NetQuarry Platform and its development environment.
  • Experience with metadata-driven development and rapid application development platforms.
  • Ability to work in a multi-tenanted, operational, database-centric application environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of extension, services, and task creation in C#.
