What Youll Be Doing:
- Directly work with children: Implement ABA therapy techniques to help children with autism improve their communication, social, behavioral skills (and honestly so much more)!
- Engage in playful learning: Use play-based and structured activities to teach children new skills in a fun, interactive way.
- Track progress: Collect data during sessions to track each child's development and adjust techniques to maximize their success.
- Promote positive behaviors: Reinforce desired behaviors and help reduce challenging behaviors by using evidence-based strategies.
- Provide ongoing support: Encourage children to reach milestones, celebrate their successes, and foster an environment of learning and growth.
What Were Looking For:
- A High School Diploma or something equivalent.
- Experience working with children, particularly those with developmental disabilities (preferred).
- A patient, enthusiastic, and playful attitudeyoull be working with kids, so bringing energy and creativity is essential.
- The ability to build strong connections with children and families, making therapy engaging and enjoyable.
- Strong communication skills to provide clear instructions and feedback to children.

- Must be able to pass a background check and have reliable transportation.
