Our supporting leadership role of Food and Beverage Supervisor is an instrumental stepping stone as you grow your hospitality career! You help will ensure the highest quality of product and service standards to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize revenues and profitability.
What you will be doing
Help direct the operational efforts and strategies of our kitchen outlet(s) to ensure profitability and operational efficiency| Provide supervisory guidance, aid and counsel for all kitchen and restaurant associates | Participate in training the kitchen team on how to include proper seasoning, food production techniques, plate presentation, display work, cleaning and sanitation | Assist in writing schedules, performance evaluations, and overall supervision of kitchen and restaurant teams.
The ideal candidate for this position
Have a minimum of 1 year experience in a Supervisory and Food and Beverage experience | Possesses a customer-centric and positive approach with customers | Inspects restaurant and outlets daily to ensure high quality food and food presentation, and cleanliness | Maintain follow-through of all guest requests, problems, complaints and/or accidents which occur in the restaurant, kitchen and banquets.
