We are seeking an energetic, full-time Medical Receptionist to join our team.
This position is full-time Monday-Friday with a rotated half-day on Saturday.
The receptionist is an integral member in our practice, working directly with patients and staff, ensuring quality of service to patients.
Responsibilities include:
- Welcome patients and visitors to our practice
- Register Patients
- Assist patients to complete all necessary forms and documentation
- Ensure patient information is accurate
- Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and transfer calls
- Collect co-pays and payments
- Safeguard patient confidentiality
Starting wage range: $17 - 20/hour

Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Electronic Medical Records (EMR) Experience Preferred
- Medical Receptionist Experience Preferred
