Pay,Benefits, & Work Schedule
$22.30 - $28.96 PER HOUR
Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate scanning equipment, high speed copier, mail production and associated equipment. Prepare documents for scanning and complete all work within appropriate time frame in order to prevent backlog. *
- Make all necessary setting and equipment adjustments. Complete quality control and inspection measures per established standards and procedures. Prepare documents for scanning. *
- Maintain active, master archives, image database files including record inventory, record collection and data entry requirements. *
- Perform cleaning operations on production/scanning equipment for preventative maintenance utility wide. *
- Maintain schedule of production set out by Administrative Services Department. *
- Make reproduction copies for distribution to associated departments. *
- Operate all basic audio video production equipment in Administration Building. Attend bi-monthly Board Meetings and Work Sessions and any additional meetings that require use of the A/V equipment, as needed. *
- Provide internal and external mail services as required. *
- Perform duties of the Production Coordinator during absences. *
- Perform other similar and related duties as assigned. *

Position Requirements:
- High School Diploma or its equivalent is required.
- Two years of experience of office related experience is required.
- Personal computers skills including word processing, spreadsheets and scanning hardware.
- Ability to communicate either through verbal and/or written form. Ability to multitask at all levels to get required results.
- Ability to work overtime and on holidays as required.
- Ability to work in a repetitious environment.
- Must have a good attendance and safety record.
- Knowledge in the use of scanning equipment and Windows based computer imaging software is required.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
- The ability to perform the essential function of the position with or without and reasonable accommodation.
- Incumbent must be able to lift up to fifty pounds.
- Physical Requirements: All applicants for this position who are required to drive on a regular basis will be required to submit and pass a drug test before actual appointment.
