What are the responsibilities and job description for the Social Worker MSW position at KANSAS CITY HOSPICE INC?
The Social Worker reports to the Team Manager for direct supervision. The Social Worker assists patients, families and primary caregivers in adjusting to illness and grief, resolving personal, financial and environmental issues that occur with expected death, and provides grief counseling according to individual family, and primary caregiver needs.
