Position Description:
In coordination with the Director, develops a plan to identify, qualify and build relationships with key referral sources from Long Term Care facilities, Assisted Living facilities, physician practices (Internal Medicine, Family Practice and other specialties), and hospitals in a given territory to grow Kansas City Hospice business.
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess the Following Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree, RN or related field preferred.
- (RN’s must hold current Missouri and Kansas license)
- Hospice or Home Health experience preferred.
- Understanding of and passion for the hospice philosophy of care.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently, think quickly and creatively problem solve.
- Experience in healthcare sales and/or marketing essential/specialized training preferred.
- Licensed driver with reliable transportation and auto insurance.
