You'll be the friendly face welcoming new hires and the go-to person for employee inquiries, all while maintaining the utmost confidentiality.
Essential functions include:
- Managing the recruitment processes, including posting jobs, assisting with online applications, scheduling interviews, referring candidates to hiring managers, and making entry-level job offers.
- Preparing and maintaining employment packets and paperwork.
- Managing confidential employee personnel files and documents.
- Responding to Human Resource related inquiries from employees and candidates.
- Assisting with employee onboarding and reviewing employment packets with new hires.
Other duties include:
- Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and taking meeting minutes.
- Answering and directing phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
- Preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintaining electronic and physical filing systems.
- Ordering office supplies.
- Assisting with board meeting preparations, including agenda creation and document compilation.
- Drafting and editing internal communications, including emails, reports, and procedures.
- Accepting and reconciling weekly cash deposits.
The ideal candidate for this role is a proactive problem-solver with a talent for juggling multiple tasks. You'll need excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a must, and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred, though we value relevant experience just as highly.
