- Prepare and distribute detailed event communications to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Manage event budgets, ensuring alignment with financial goals while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Oversee event settlements and reconcile expenses post-event.
- Research, review, and recommend necessary equipment, materials, and supplies for event operations.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety protocols, and organizational policies.
