PURPOSE OF JOB :
Teach content subjects aligned to state and national standards outlined by KCPS' guaranteed and viable
curriculum. Proactively seeks to identify, screen possible English Learners, assess, and collaborate with
all staff members to ensure English Language Development instruction, monitoring, and support is
provided within all subject areas.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Facilitates learning and instruction by using multiple presentation methods : demonstrating,
modeling, visual representations, and strategies that aid in supplementing and engaging students
in the content.
