PURPOSE OF JOB : Performs business service functions for local funds collected and disbursed at the assigned school site according to published accounting procedures for student activity funds provided by Business and Finance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Adhere to the established chart of accounts for all transactions required to be processed in the student activity bank account and the ALIO financial system. Keep track of all student activity for the school in compliance with student activity
- Prepare cash receipts for all money collected documenting the reason / purpose for the cash Make daily bank deposits as required. Post cash receipts to accounting system daily / weekly.
- Obtain approval for payment of invoice as Post cash to accounting system daily / weekly.
- Establishes and maintains detailed cash receipts data to support all bank deposits and approved detailed invoices to support all Maintain all accounting documents in a secured location at the school site.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and required reports to be submitted to the Supervisor.
- Prepare monthly reports disclosing detail transaction of each club sponsor and the

- Processes all school orders of materials and supplies using the ALIO Financial Management
