JOB FUNCTION: Perform full-cycle accounting, financial, and analytic functions for assigned companies. Manage the Fixed Assets accounting module for all corporate entities.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Month and year-end closing – including preparation of journal entries, reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, reconciliation of bank accounts, and preparation of financial statements and their corresponding narratives. The Staff Accountant will assist the Director of Finance in the compilation of the annual budget for all corporate entities. Other duties include:
- Audit and tax preparation.
- Review of accounts payable invoices.
- Balance sheet reconciliations.
- Annual report filing.
- Variance analysis of financial accounts/statements and operating metrics.
- Investigation and analyzation of financial transactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3 years of full cycle accounting experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
