PURPOSE OF JOB: Tutor elementary or secondary students to help meet Annual Yearly Progress goals as defined by the state and school district.

Required Qualifications
Valid Missouri 1-8 or 1-6 Elem Ed cert.
Bachelor's degree

- Tutor students in Communication Arts and Mathematics to support AYP goals
- Assess and monitor student reading and or math progress
- Use data to assist in planning for instruction
- Collaborate with classroom teacher about student progress
- Maintain records to support achievement growth of students
- Use supplemental materials provided through Title Department to affect student growth
- Assist student users with technology aspects of SuccessMaker, Imagine Learning and Plato programs
- Report growth to building level administration
- Attend scheduled Title I professional development meetings.
