What You'll Be Doing (Responsibilities)
Administrative and Project Coordination:
- Create and manage timelines, milestones, deliverables, to ensure projects align with objectives.
- Schedule meetings, conference calls, and project-related events.
- Assist with the preparation of project presentations and reports for senior management.
- Facilitate communication among team members and liaise with the project manager.
- Analyze data, develop interactive dashboards, and provide clear visualizations.
- Ensure accurate quality assurance of contractor and subcontractor payroll records.
- Review certified payroll reports and verify compliance with prevailing wage schedules.
- Perform risk-based operational, financial, and compliance audits to enhance project efficiency.
- Audit vendor records; certified payroll, invoicing, establish and track key deliverables.
- Monitor the status of construction projects, tracking delays, liquidated damages, and change orders.
- Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accurately reflects project requirements and progress.
- Assist in budgeting, logging expenses, and filing financial reports.
- Track progress toward project milestones and recommend strategies for meeting deadlines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support decision-making and ensure alignment.
Bring Expertise And Vision
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, accounting, construction management, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in project management, operations, facilities, or construction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong data analysis skills.
- Ability to create project management systems, spreadsheets, and dashboards.
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under strict deadlines.
- Experience with Prevailing Wage, DMWBE compliance, and Labor Wage Rates.
- Advanced knowledge in software systems; Power BI, MS Project, Excel, etc.
- Experience with project management software.
- Project management certifications.
- Experience working in K–12 settings and with Capital Construction.
- Strong leadership skills and comfort in presenting data clearly and concisely.
