This Expense Report Specialist position within our Shared Success Center will be at the center of the action from initial planning to launch and ongoing operations, providing an amazing opportunity for your talents to make an impact! What you will be doing
The role of Expense Report Specialist is to support the HomeServices of America travel and expense policies through review of expense reports to ensure they are following the company's travel and expense policies. This could mean :
- Review of all expense reports through Concur (expense management system).
- Ensure that the proper controls are set up in Concur to identify non-compliant items.
- Produce expenditure reports, trend analyses and operational risk performance reports.
- Assist in the resolution of issues with non-compliant expense submissions.
