Job Duties and Responsibilities

Design, develop and produce creative promotional materials. Responsibilities include layout design and modification to achieve branding objectives, coordination of content, graphic design, editing and proofing. (30-35%)
Coordinate direct marketing, advertising, public relations, partner marketing and sales promotion programs. (25-30%)
Work closely with management and sales to develop and promote the implementation of short and long-term marketing strategies. (20-25%)
Manage marketing staff. Recruit, select, train, develop, evaluate, motivate and retain staff for the successful performance of the department and achievement of company objectives. (10-15%)
Attends sales meetings to discuss and analyze the effectiveness of current advertising strategies. (5-10%)
Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned. (0 - 5%)
Performance Expectations
Meet all performance and behavior expectations outlined in the company performance appraisal form or communicated by management.
Perform responsibilities as directed achieving desired results within expected time frames and with a high degree of quality and professionalism.
Establish and maintain positive and productive work relationships with all staff, customers and business partners.
Demonstrate the behavioral and technical competencies necessary to effectively complete job responsibilities. Take personal initiative for technical and professional development.

Qualifications
Education :
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphic design or related field; or equivalent work experience and knowledge.
Experience :
Four years of related experience in marketing or advertising.
Creative graphic design experience required.
Real estate experience preferred.
Supervisory experience preferred.
Knowledge and Skills :
Strong computer skills. Knowledge of standard Microsoft suite and specialized graphic design programs.
Creativity and ability to produce unique marketing materials and creative ads and promotional programs.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
Project management skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects concurrently.
Effective interpersonal skills and leadership abilities.
Effective analytical, problem-solving, decision-making and organizational skills.
